Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction you may experience with the products you purchase and any problems arising from production and service are evaluated meticulously and resolved as soon as possible.

Below you can find the conditions necessary for us to serve you better and faster regarding product returns; If any of these is missing, product returns are not accepted.

THINGS WE REQUEST FOR RETURN

a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.

b- The product to be returned must be delivered within 10 days, in the same condition as it was received, complete and undamaged, with its standard accessories.

a- For the return process, the delivery note of the product must be sent.

ABOUT OTHER TERMS AND RETURN SHIPPING FEES

a- If the product/products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee will be covered by our company if they are sent with our contracted cargo companies.

b- If the products received by our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit card are reflected in the account within 7 days.

c- You can send the products you will return free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo and UPS cargo.

SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

The product to be returned can only be received by the cargo companies we have agreements with. Apart from this, returns and transportation costs of products delivered to us by any cargo company will not be accepted.

General return conditions are as follows;

  • Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
  • Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged (for example: products with a shipping label attached to the original box and taped with shipping duct tape are not accepted), have lost their resaleability, and are in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
  • You must send a petition containing the original shipping note (all copies you have) and the reason for the return along with the product you want to return.
  • If the product/products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In this case, you must ship with contracted cargo. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you placed incorrectly or gave up. Sometimes e-mails are checked late due to busy schedules. There is a possibility that the product has been shipped. In case of cancellation, if the product is not shipped, the entire fee will be refunded using the method you used for the transaction. If the product has been shipped, the shipping fee or fees will be deducted and a refund will be made.
